Cancellation
We understand that plans change! You can cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it directly from the “View Order” page using the cancellation button provided.
However, to ensure the timely delivery of your beautiful Indian ethnic wear, we kindly discourage cancellations after this timeframe. Our intricate garments often enter the packaging process quickly.
Exchanges
While we don’t offer a formal exchange policy, we understand that occasional sizing issues may arise. In such cases, we’d be happy to consider a one-time exchange for a different size, subject to the following conditions:
- Availability: The desired size must be in stock at the time of your request.
- Return Condition: The returned item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Request Time: Exchange request can be raised within 24 hours of product delivery
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with both the return of the original item and the shipment of the new size.
Alternatives
If an exchange isn’t possible due to size availability, we can offer a store credit for the full value of the returned item. This credit, called “Vaidahi Credit,” can be redeemed for a single purchase and has no expiration date.
